Myorr is the Chief Marketing Officer of Rush Communications and Simmons Design Group.  In this capacity, Mr. Janha oversees business activities across investments and brands, built and nurtured by Mr. Russell Simmons, under the parent company, Rush Communications.  Mr. Janha is responsible for the company’s Global Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Business Development initiatives.  He drives the company's positioning, branding and identity, integrated global marketing campaigns, public relations, social media, licensing and field marketing programs. 

For over two decades, Mr. Janha has brought a wealth of experience in successfully managing a variety of brands, spanning diverse sectors in entertainment, lifestyle and philanthropy, including - Def Jam Recordings, Def Comedy Jam, Phat Fashions (Phat Farm Baby Phat), Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation, Def Jam Interactive, Simmons Design Group, Diamond Empowerment Fund, Argyleculture, Tantris Apparel and Yoga Center, Global Grind, and All Def Digital.  Mr. Janha works directly with Mr. Simmons to ensure that Rush Communications and Simmons Design Group exceed its financial and operational goals.  Mr. Janha is a creative curator and adviser to Mr. Simmons and his brands, designing unique marketing strategies for his businesses.

Over the years, Mr. Janha has negotiated and managed several distinct partnerships, exclusive endorsement deals, collaborations, and licensing agreements for clients across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. Mr. Janha has raised over $25 million dollars in strategic partnerships with Anheuser-Busch, Cadillac, Land Rover, Motorola, Samsung, Smartwater, Panasonic, Bombay Sapphire, Courvoisier, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Nextel and The Coco-Cola Company, for both the for-profit and non-profit brands, under Rush Communications.  

Mr. Janha started his career as an intern at Def Jam Recordings in 1990. In 1994 he started his professional career as a receptionist at Rush Communications. In 1997, he left for one-year to participate in the Conde Nast Rover Program, where he actively engaged in the day-to-day internal operations of the publishing business.  He gained experience in ad sales, editorial, and marketing, Subsequently,  at Mr. Simmons request, he re-joined Rush Communications a year later.  

Mr. Janha is a recognized industry expert in lifestyle brands and marketing topics.  He is a member of the CMO Council North America and the CMO Club.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Transformation Games,, Co-founded The Code and Content Academy and on the Advisory Board of the Innovation Design School of Miami. He is a frequent speaker and mentors to The Fresh Air Fund and The Edge NYC.  In addition to these endeavors, Mr. Janha is an advisor and strategist for Rush Philanthropic and The Diamond Empowerment Fund.  He attended St. Paul’s College, a Historically Black College and University in Lawrenceville, Virginia.  

Ms. Magett co-founded Code & Content Academy with her partner Myorr Janha. The pair, who met many years ago while working together in the fashion industry, would later collaborate to pool together their business knowledge, contacts, resources and professional experience to give back to the next generation of future tech and media stars. Ms. Magett was inspired to launch the initiative after she transferred her experience for fashion and pop culture from print to the digital landscape as a Brand Manager for GSN (Game Show Network) TV & Games. As a style scribe she has provided daily fashion, entertainment and lifestyle content for Huffington Post Blackvoices, Tyra Banks', Russell Simmons' Globalgrind, Viacom's and the startups Honey, SUEDE and Vibe Vixen. She has been featured and quoted in The New York Times, Marie Claire, ABC, Fox 5 News, BET and more. As a public speaker, she has sat on many fashion and entertainment panels around the country as a pre-eminent wardrobe stylist and fashion editor. She worked for or with ROLLINGSTONE, PAPER, ESSENCE, VIBE with a host of celebrities including Gabrielle Union, Idris Elba, Fantasia, Tyra Banks, Lauryn Hill, Mary J. Blige, Lil' Kim, Wyclef Jean, Erykah Badu and LL Cool J (to name a few). And styled Kohl's celebrity designer segments for CBS' "Entertainment Tonight" starring Vera Wang and Marc Anthony.

Athena is a healthcare leader with over 15 years’ experience leading market access initiatives, insurance contracting, healthcare reimbursement, public policy, and health care strategy in the public and private sectors. She specializes in creating programs that improving the public health care delivery system and has also led several initiatives and developed numerous strategies to improve and increase access to reproductive health services.
Athena is the Vice President of Open Innovation at Rymedi a life sciences blockchain company that revolutionizes the way highly regulated life sciences operate by integrating blockchain protocols, AI and deep industry experience. Athena is also a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Engine Blox, Engine Blox is dedicated to researching and leveraging blockchain capabilities that solve complex problems in emerging markets, developing economies, nation-states, and communities of color globally. Athena also runs a healthcare consulting company focused on public and private health care initiatives with a commitment to improving the public health system, reducing health care disparities and ending intergenerational poverty.

Together they are all focusing on leveraging technology to create social change, offer STEM training and education to children and adults of color in low-income and marginalized communities, and the creation of technology-centered programs aimed at breaking the cycle of intergenerational poverty.
